Emotional Intelligence Series 

10 Week Series – 2hrs/Week


The EQ-i 2.0is the assessment tool that I recommend for measuring emotional and social intelligence. After taking the EQ-i 2.0, you will receive a report with an inventory of 15 competencies, groups into five composite areas: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management.

A 10 week workshop series can help you build your competencies in the 15 areas emotional Intelligence. You have the option of a personalized 1hr feedback (cost additional).

Career Path Clarity

4 Weeks – 2hrs/Week

Career development is more than just deciding on an educational path and what job you want would like to do; it is about creating an optimal career-life balance. Career Counselling is a process that will help you to increase self knowledge that can lead to finding a career match for your personal attributes and interests. *This is a series that can be done in a group or individual coaching format.

Mindfulness Meditation

4 weeks – 1.5hrs/week

The practice of mindfulness meditation is used to help people learn to focus awareness on body sensations, thoughts, and emotions in a nonjudgmental way. More Information.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) helps an individual understand their personality type is the first step to personal and professional growth. The MBTI® assessment helps individuals understand their strengths, their preferred working styles, and ultimately helps them see their potential. Used individually to provide self-awareness and clarity of purpose, the MBTI assessment also helps create a better understanding and appreciation between team members and colleagues – enabling them to work better together.
