We’re Back! A Psychological Toolkit for Employers

Seneca Employer Appreciation Day – November 18, 2021

Our world experience has been a challenging one as we cope with the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic. Returning to on-site work, during a pandemic, is one of those challenges that can involve high levels of stress and potential adverse mental health consequences. Good news! Working together can help to lower the risk. Both employees and employers can take actions to navigate the difficulties with returning to the workplace during COVID-19. Everyone has a role to play and can take steps to maintain their mental health during these challenging times. This workshop is designed to help employers create a workplace reality where employees can flourish, while increasing productivity and momentum.
